Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. Files and content are stored in Supabase Storage. We use HTTPS for all data transmission and role-based access controls to limit data access to authorised personnel.

While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

6. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. Upon account termination, we will delete or anonymise your personal information within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.

Content files (images, videos, documents) uploaded to the platform are retained for the duration of the service agreement and deleted upon request after contract termination.

Under the Australian Privacy Principles, you have the right to:

• Access your personal information we hold
• Correct inaccurate or outdated information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for optional data processing
• Complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe we have breached the APPs

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. The marketing website uses Meta analytics pixels for advertising purposes. The client portal and agency console do not use tracking cookies.
